How long do you take to send my items?
Goods are usually dispatched from our warehouse between 1-2 days.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Returns of this nature are decided on a case by case basis. If granted, any returns of this nature will need to be returned in factory sealed condition, and will incur a 15% restocking fee.
What if my item is faulty, or arrives damaged?
You are covered by Australian Consumer Guarantees for purchased made from us. Please contact us as soon as possible in the event or items arriving damaged or faulty. For full terms and conditions of returning a faulty or damaged product please see our Terms and Conditions
What about Warranty?
All of our products come with a minimum of 1 years manufacturer's warranty as standard. Some items may have a longer manufacturers warranty. This will be noted in the items description.
Do you guys price match?
Sometimes yes. This will be on a case by case basis and will not always be possible
Why are some categories empty and asking me to sign in as a business?
We sell to the consumer and business alike. In order to keep the "clutter" of the website down we have restricted some categories and products to businesses. This means if you are not a business customer you will not see pages of enterprise grade products not related to what you're looking for. You may contact us if you wish to purchase a product you may not be able to see.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes we can accept purchase orders. Purchase orders will need all the relevant information. We will contact you if we need more information.
Do you have credit terms?
Currently we do not offer credit terms. We are however working on this. until that time all orders will need to be cash before delivery.
What does Backorder mean?
Where an item is listed as "Backorder" TechPlex does not currently hold any stock of that item.
This either means we are waiting on more stock to arrive, or in some cases items are on an "Order to order" status. This means we do not hold stock of the item but can order the item in.
Where possible we will indicate the estimated time of arrival of new stock or the lead time (how long the item will take to come in once ordered)
