How long do you take to ship an item?

We aim to ship your item(s) within 3 business days. Usually your item will be dispatched between 1-2 business days.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Unfortunately we do not offer "Change of mind" returns. We also ask that you please make sure the item you choose is what you want and also ensure that your item(s) are compatible before you make your purchase, as no refunds or replacements will be given due to non compatibility etc.

What if my item is faulty, or arrives damaged?

You are covered by Australian Consumer Guarantees for purchased made from us. For full terms and conditions of returning a faulty or damaged product please see our Terms and Conditions

What about Warranty?

All of our products come with a minimum of 1 years manufacturer's warranty as standard. Some items may have a longer manufacturers warranty. This will be noted in the items description. 

Do you guys price match?

Unfortunately we do not offer price matching. We need to take into account a number of factors including the ability to offer Buy Now, Pay Later options, which means we are unfortunately unable to price match

I'm trying to use Afterpay for a purchase but it keeps being declined...why?

Afterpay is a third party payment provider. We cannot see why Afterpay has approved or declined an order as this is only visible to them. There are multitude of reasons an order may be declined and any queries or concerns should be forwarded to Afterpay directly.
